My favorite healthy Ideas for breakfast, lunch, and dinner

Breakfast

4 egg whites
1 tbsp. milk
1/2 any veggies you have on hand

Sautee veggies in non-pan set aside when cooked. Scramble eggs with milk then add to med high heated pan. Wait for the eggs white to bubble then flip half of omelet over the top.




Lunch

Chicken sausage with onions green pepper and mushrooms. Side of spinach, apples slices drizzled with peanut butter. 457 calories  - 317 if you leave out the peanut butter and apple.

1 all natural chicken with sundried tomato sausage
whole wheat hot dog bun
2 slices red onion
1/4 green pepper
1/4 cup slices mushrooms



Sautee mushrooms, onion, green pepper,


Dinner

Mushroom taco salad - 318 calories

16oz. white button mushroom
Taco seasoning
Romaine lettuce
1/8 cup cheddar cheese
1/4 cup sour cream (I use full fat)
1/4 salsa



Prepare mushroom just like you would it you are using meat. Layer romaine lettuce, mushrooms, salsa, sour cream then top with cheddar cheese and enjoy.
